Your account statements – without the slow delivery.  Avoid delays and cut down on paper by signing up for e-statements.  Just log in to your online banking, select the account, choose the Statement link, and opt-in for Electronic Statement Delivery.  Sign up today!

Mobile Check Deposit

Deposit checks from anywhere with your smartphone.

  1. Endorse the check with FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY and include the account number
  2. Open and sign in to the EXB mobile app
  3. Choose “More” at the bottom right
  4. Select “Check Deposits”
  5. Follow the instructions

Deposits made before 3:30 pm CST will typically be available the same business day after 3:30 pm CST will typically be available next business day

BillPay

Through your digital banking, (online and mobile) schedule and send payments to anyone (in the United States) – your utility company, your credit card company, etc.  There are also same-day and overnight payment options.  See your payment history all in one place.  Easy, time-saving, and secure.

Alerts

Be notified of events on your accounts – large transactions, balance notifications, and more.  Settings are on individual accounts and can be turned on or off with just a click in online banking.

Securely shop from your device. Digital versions of your EXB debit card will be stored in a digital wallet app on your mobile device.

Debit Cards are a great way to access your checking account.  If you ever have issues with your debit card, below are the numbers to call:

Overdraft Protection

Overdraft Protection services apply to all transactions and may help prevent overdrafts by automatically transferring funds to your checking account from another account or line of credit you may have for a fee or finance charge. Please note that overdraft lines of credit are subject to credit approval.

Overdraft Privilege

Overdraft Privilege allows you to overdraw your account up to the disclosed limit for a fee in order to pay a transaction.  Even if you have overdraft protection, Overdraft Privilege is still available as secondary coverage if the other protection source is exhausted.  Account holders must opt-in for Extended Coverage.  The account holder must meet eligibility requirements.  Please contact Deposit Operations for details and other important information.

You must bring your account balance positive within 32 days.

Bank by Mail

Deposit by mailing through the postal service. Postage-paid envelopes provided by requested.

ATMs

Check your balance, withdraw cash, and more at EXB ATM machines – located at each of our 5 offices.  Deposits may be made at the Rainbow City ATM.
