Karen’s vast knowledge and expertise of Banking and Management was a perfect fit and since then she became certified as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. She has been a strong foundation for all the employees and customers at Exchange Bank for many years providing exceptional service and security to all.

During my years with EXB I have learned some much and find that I really enjoy learning. I have also been able to pass along some of the knowledge from teller forward to other EXB employees. While being employed at EXB it has taught me to look beyond the surface stuff, don’t make quick decision, gather as much information as possible first and everything is not just black and white. In my responsibility, the protection of Exchange Bank and all of their customers is my priority.
