In 2020, she moved into her current role as Loan Department Supervisor. Along with her career at Exchange Bank, Ginger has been very active in her community by spending her time volunteering with many of EXB’s community efforts over the years.
When Ginger was asked what working for Exchange Bank meant to her, she said, “Saying “I love my job” is an understatement. I honestly could not see myself in any other career path. For the knowledge and skill, I have received in my time with Exchange Bank, I will forever be grateful. I believe through hard work and dedication anyone can persevere. Everything I have I believe has been through hard work and dedication to not only bettering myself but my children. Being employed by a community bank has allowed me to focus on our customers and their needs to improve their financial well-being. I have also gained a great love for volunteering within our community. Exchange Bank has allowed me to dive deep into many organizations to see that we all can have an impact on our community.”
