Carol Jarvis currently serves as the Office Manager and Lending Officer at our Attalla Branch. She has been in banking since 1999 where she joined EXB as a drive-through teller. Carl moved through the bank as a full time teller, assistant in bookkeeping. Carol then was moved to the CSR position in Attalla where she stayed until she accepted the Office Manager position in Attalla in 2019. A long time Gadsden area native, Carol attended Emma Samson High School where she graduated in 1990. She then continued her education at Gadsden State Community College where she received an associates degree in Business Administration and then continued her studies in Accounting at Jacksonville State University.
Carol has been very active in her community by volunteering with local elementary schools and children’s function with United Way. Away from the bank, Carol prides herself in being a full time cheer and sports mom. Carol has always put her daughters first by supporting all of their sports and band teams throughout their high school years.
When asked what working for a Community Bank means to her, Carol had this to say, “I have always enjoyed heling people and being there for them. By having a career at a Community Bank, I can offer assistance and help my customers grow in their financial journey. I love being able to assist everyone in my community with their financial needs.”
