Christopher Ray is a 4th generation banker and has been with Exchange Bank for 6 years. Currently, Chris serves as Senior Vice President and CFO of Exchange Bank. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Auburn University, Masters of Business Administration from Samford University and completed the Graduate School of Banking from Louisiana State University. Prior to rejoining EXB, he was with the FDIC and served as a Commissioned Risk Examiner and Trainer at their corporate headquarters. His roles at EXB consist of asset liability management and serves on the Executive Loan Committee and Asset Liability Committee. He is a board member of a financial institution in Huntsville, Alabama where he was an original organizer. Additionally, Chris serves as the Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Gadsden where he is also a board member.
